2. All intellectual and material rights related to the app content, design, name, and provided services belong to Pocketly. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or usage is subject to legal action.

3. These terms may change over time. It is the user’s responsibility to stay informed and up-to-date with the latest version.

4. The app may collect data such as name, email, device ID, and user behavior. This information is used to enhance the user experience, analyze performance, and provide better services.

5. The collected information may be shared with trusted third-party services such as Google Analytics solely for performance analysis and service optimization.

6. Pocketly periodically sends statistical data about user exercises to the server. This information is used for features such as friend comparisons and leaderboard participation.

7. The app may use cookies or similar technologies to store your settings. In the browser extension, only the necessary user identification data is stored locally, and only the submitted words and meanings are saved on the server.

8. RECORD_AUDIO access in the app is used to receive and store flashcard pronunciations. It is also required for practicing flashcard pronunciation.

9. Pocketly’s premium educational content and data are only accessible via subscription purchase. Any unauthorized access attempt will result in account termination and legal consequences.

10. Access to Pocketly’s premium training, content, and exercises is only available during the active subscription period. Once the subscription ends, access to paid content will be revoked.

11. The app’s performance guarantee and support are provided until the end of the term for time-based subscriptions, and for a period of 2 years for lifetime subscriptions.

12. Sharing phone numbers, personal information, or advertisements in the public sections of the app is strictly prohibited.

13. Users may request deletion of their personal data via the support email registered in the app. The requested data will be deleted within 7 days.

14. Currently, the only device permission required by Pocketly is microphone access, which is used by the user to record sounds in flashcards.

15. We use common and standard methods to protect and maintain users' data. However, in the event of hacking or unexpected incidents, Pocketly assumes no responsibility.

16. Pocketly currently does not contain any in-app advertisements.

17. This app is also suitable for children and has no age restrictions.

18. Using this application constitutes full acceptance of the terms stated in this document.
